Well done to the delegates that just completed the new National Recovery Industry Pre-Employment Training Scheme: The programme has been designed by NTP, F1 Personnel and NW Training and is a 6-week Gov-funded scheme to introduce the recovery industry to learners.
The first pilot scheme was completed in Wythenshawe, Manchester with 10-delegates undertaking a variety of customer service modules in order to work in control rooms throughout the industry.
The training consisted of the following modules:
Control Room Foundation Level Course (SOE Accredited)
Admin Support – F1 Personnel
3.5T Roadside, 7.5T Recovery & HGV2 Recovery knowledge
Institute of the Motor Industry QAP for Validated Recognition Modules 1, 2 and 3 in Roadside & Recovery
On successful completion of the course, all delegates were issued a PATAM digital identity card to record competencies and qualifications.
All received an employability interview from F1 Personnel and employment interviews from a number of well-established employers across the North West.
After the initial success, the next course is scheduled to be run in 2-weeks with a planned roll out nationally in the coming months.
If you believe your business could benefit by employing some outstanding individuals please contact Hannah at NTP or Jane Cattaneo F-one Ntp at F1 Personnel.
